Who is responsible for your data
StellaIQ is a trading name of RKITE Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16109259, based in Norwich, Norfolk. RKITE Limited is the data controller for this website.

What this site collects
If you do nothing but read
The site is hosted by Netlify, which records standard server information for every request — IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. This is ordinary web-server logging and is used to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how people find and use it, and to measure whether advertising works. If you arrive from a Google ad, the site stores the click identifier Google supplies (gclid) for up to 90 days so that a booking can be matched back to the ad that produced it.
These do not run until you accept them. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no data goes to Google.
If you book a call or email
Bookings are handled by Cal.com. You give them your name, email address and whatever you write in the booking form, and they tell us. If you email directly, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a record of the conversation.

Only the consent cookie is set without asking, because it exists to record your answer. Everything else waits.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- Analytics and advertising cookies — your consent. You can withdraw it at any time and nothing further is collected.
- Enquiries and bookings — legitimate interests. You contacted a consultancy about work; replying to you is the obvious purpose and not one you would find surprising.
- Server logs — legitimate interests in keeping the site available and secure.
Who else sees it
Netlify (hosting), Google (analytics and advertising, only with consent), Cal.com (bookings), and our email provider. Each holds it as a processor for us. Google and Cal.com are based in the United States and transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Nothing on this site is sold, and nothing is used to train an AI model.

What you can ask for
Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being used, ask for it to be restricted, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@stellaiq.co.uk. There is no charge and we will reply within one month.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history worth keeping for a site this size; if you want to know what changed, ask.
